The Proper Way of Having Iced Chocolate as Demonstrated by PIC

I've been too stressed with work lately to bother with much so I thought a nice fluff piece courtesy of PIC will keep me on my blogging track and hopefully bring us all a bit of a smile. 

Today's demonstration is conducted by PIC!

Here's a sample of what we like to do on weekends...

Step 1: Order an Iced Chocolate Drink from the
Takapuna Beach Cafe and you get this...
Step 2: Pour milk on top of your vanilla ice cream,
topped with thick chocolate concoction
Step 3: Mix Well!
Make sure you mix all the way to the bottom!
Voila! Drink, drink, drink!

Quick Post: Chicken Empanada

Cross section of empanada, my chicken looks slightly on the chunky side Today was one of those days when I just couldn't be bothered. I think this is what they call a Monday. PIC and I were supposed to meet up after work to go to the gym but that great idea quickly flew out the window as soon as I got into my car. So I made my excuses and went to the supermarket instead. I may not have enough energy to be bothered about work today, but I certainly have enough juice in me to attend to some craving issues.
