Quick Post: A Glimpse of Bacolod While Chasing OWWA
The main reason for this last trip home was to attend a family wedding and it was held in the City of Smiles, Bacolod. Souvenir Mini Mask Bacolod is the capital of the Philippines' sugarbowl, Negros Occidental and the city is famous for its annual MassKara festival. Its not the biggest city, but it is definitely not lacking in charms.
